Hack one is to automate your invoice delivery AND add read receipts! How much time do you spend each day sending out invoices manually? How much time do you spend each week, resending invoices out to customers who say, “sorry, I never got the invoice”? By implementing both, you are on your way to freeing up a big block of time!

Hack two is to send out auto-reminder emails on days 25 and 40! How much of your day is spent chasing money? By automating a 25-day, and a 40-day email, you are sending a clear message to your customer that you are on top of your receivables! This hack will save you tons of time by eliminating needless late payment calls!

Hack three is to create a workflow rule that automatically redirects any dispute! Instead of your receivables team wasting time trying to run point on disputes, assign them directly to a sales rep with a timetable for resolution.
